One cup- Rolled Oats
One tbsp- Agave Syrup
Half a cup- Vanilla Soy Milk
And as many blue berries and black berries as you want!
-Basically put the cup of oatmeal into a decent sized bowl, and add about 3/4 cup of water, depending on how thick you want the consistency.
- Cook the Oats for about 1 minute and 40 seconds
- Add however many berries you like
- Add a tbsp or two of Agave, and begin mixing everything evenly.
- Pour a decent amount of Vanilla Soy
I find this breakfast is great for long work days, cures any sweet cravings, nutritional on so many levels, and looks so incredibly delicious.
